Fowles Are you Game Arneis 2023 herdade-de-rocim Made from super expressiveWinemaking Our Strathbogie Ranges Arneis shone this year. The grapes were crushed quickly after harvest to preserve the delicate fruit flavours. The wine was then fermented in stainless steel using a selected yeast to heighten aroma and contribute citrus flavours, and then kept on lees for 7 months to contribute richer texture and mouthfeel. A dash of Sauvignon Blanc (10%) added balance, acidity and clean, crisp citrus notes.
