Jean Marc Roulot of Domaine Roulot in Meursault discovered 12 dusty bottles of his late father Guy's apricot liqueur in the cellar and set about recreating the recipe from memory. Made from certified organic Bergeron apricots grown in Laurent Combier's Rhne Valley orchards, macerated in neutral spirits. At 25% ABV with only 170 g l sugarsignificantly drier
